Floweel Services
Floweel provides appointment-setting, outbound sales, lead qualification, sales-support, and related services for businesses.
Specific services, fees, guarantees, deliverables, and other commercial terms may be governed by a separate written agreement between Floweel and a customer. If a separate agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the separate agreement controls for that customer relationship.
Floweel SMS Program
Floweel LLC offers an SMS messaging program for individuals who voluntarily opt in to receive text messages.
The Floweel SMS Program is used only for direct communications from Floweel LLC to individuals who opt in directly to receive messages from Floweel LLC.
Depending on the consent you provide, messages may include:
- Responses to inquiries
- Appointment confirmations
- Appointment reminders
- Scheduling and rescheduling updates
- Meeting links
- Information about Floweel services
- Service updates
- Special offers and promotional communications
You may choose whether to receive marketing messages, non-marketing messages, both, or neither.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in Floweel LLC's SMS messaging program or provide consent to receive SMS messages. By opting in to receive SMS messages from Floweel LLC, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency may vary based on your interactions with Floweel and the message categories you select.
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for information regarding your messaging or data plan.
Opting Out
You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a text message from Floweel LLC.
After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from the applicable messaging program unless you opt in again.
Rejoining
If you previously opted out and later want to receive SMS messages again, you may opt in again through our booking or SMS consent process or otherwise provide valid consent to Floweel.

Disclaimer
Our websites and general informational materials are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that websites or electronic communications will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Floweel LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our public websites or general communications.
Any liability arising from services provided under a separate customer agreement is governed by that agreement.
Messaging Compliance
Floweel LLC's SMS messaging program is intended to operate in accordance with applicable laws, carrier requirements, and industry messaging standards. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue messaging features as reasonably necessary to maintain compliance with applicable requirements.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
